Visited store a few weeks ago, the ladies working their were really helpful and talked through everything with me. I felt pretty happy buying carpet from them until I came on here and read a review about one of their fitters being let go because he had cancer - decided I couldn’t support a company like that. I then went to another carpet store and found that Dixons were charging at least £5 more per square meter than another store.

Love this local cafe. Good menu with sensible prices. Food is fresh and well served. Cakes are gorgeous! Friendly and helpful staff make it a very pleasant experience. It's a good idea to book a table as it can get busy.

Gemma was so amazing with helping me pick out the flooring for our home, she went above and beyond, so patient, attentive, friendly, explained everything perfectly and had a lot of time for me to ensure I was happy with my choices. From the first visit, to ordering and aftercare, it’s all been an amazing service. I can’t recommend Dixon and franks enough, thank you again Gemma.

Nice cafe with good menu and friendly service. And upstairs (through the carpets) is a room full of beautiful gifts, homeware and a huge selection of lovely xmas decorations. Definitely worth a visit.

Stunning display of every conceivable carpet and floor tiles.Stopped off at the cafe and had our first piece of Christmas cake (with cheese) and the best bakewell tart - which I was reliably told were all home made.Great experience even for my shopa phobic other half!
