I just had to let everyone know how great it is to have found a reflexologist like Annemiek. I have been going to her now for over a year and feel so much better after each visit. She is very professional and knowledgeable and I am so glad I have found her. Anyone wanting to start reflexology should certainly go to her but you may have to wait as her good reputation means she has a waiting list but she will certainly fit you in as soon as she can. Thank you Annemiek for improving my wellbeing

Initially skeptical I have to admit, of not just this but all holistic treatments in general. However after my first time I had to go back. Very professional, warm, relaxing therapist who is clearly very skilled. I leave feeling about two stone lighter and experience a long period of relaxation and calm.I would highly recommend ‘Spring Reflexology’ over other Spa based ones as the quality of the treatment is superior.I’m now booking in twice a month.

Fantastic experience and therapist, I have been receiving treatment from Annemiek almost weekly for nearly 2 years pre and post a ligament graft replacement. She is an exceptional practitioner. I would not be back to walking the sort of distances I can now without her treatments support and encouragement. I can not recommend her highly enough.
