Sunday morning breakfast, ordered & paid digitally. No cups for the drinks. Paid for hot chocolate which spit out hit milk, twice, ended up with a cappuccino. Plenty of available tables but all filthy m either old trays of food left in them or covered in cup stains and crumbs. Cone on Morrisons, basic hygiene get those tables clean enough to eat off.

Glad the breakfast was half price but even so, the ingredients were very poor quality. I was given the crust of bread for my fried toast which was impossible to cut through, they got the order wrong as we asked for no mushrooms. No salt or condiments offered. Egg was hard.

40 minute wait for some very surly service and mediocre food. Orders were not correct but having waited so long could not be bothered to argue! Lack of staff (and those that were there were VERY unhappy) and QR code ordering system leaves the place feeling like a bus station waiting room with no idea of when anything will arrive. None of the tables were cleared or cleaned in the hour we were there - we cleaned our own before sitting down. Will not be coming back.

Very slow to get food out lots of people complaining eg 30 mins to get after noon tea for 2 people and then other people behind us in que getting there food before us not happySo complainedAsked to get scones warmed up but waiteress said can't do as not company policy ?When we got after noon tea it was tasty.Will not return to many issues.

After years of not being at Malvern cafe I'm so disappointed with the state it is in now. Tables full of dirty dishes, tray racks full of dirty dishes, 25 mins waiting for food and food that quite frankly I could have made better at home. We ordered two full English breakfast which arrived just warm enough to eat and cold toast. When ordering we asked for one breakfast to have no beans and an extra tomato instead as beans don't agree with my partner. We were told we couldn't swap and changed the menu. The only reasonable thing was the cup of tea. So if you want a good meal I recommend finding a proper cafe. At least you will be able to eat in a clean environment.

Ordered some food at 11.13 it arrived at 12 07 no apology for the wait, we weren't the only ones waiting a long time . There were a lot of tables not cleared and the restaurant looked like it could do with a good clean.

Good food but terrible service. We arrived at the café at around 13:00 today (Saturday 31 July) and quickly found a table, it wasn't busy. Food is ordered and paid for online or on a digital screen at the café but if you want a drink you have to get it yourself. The food, when it arrived, wasn't bad at all. I had the southern fried chicken with chips, and my partner had the chicken and avocado salad. I've attached pictures of these separately but I've added them to the review for obvious reasons. My meal was nice enough but the chicken portion was pretty small. My partner said hers was also good. The issue was the wait/ customer service. No one said there was any wait but it took 45 minutes for the food to arrive. It was only when I expressed my dissatisfaction that I was told the wait was 40 minutes and our tables had been mixed up. Nothing was offered as an apology and we quickly left to do our shopping. Wouldn't recommend it unless you're not hungry yet, or at least check with someone what the wait time is when ordering.

Ordered a full breakfast it came and the only thing warm on the plate were the sausages!!! Helped myself to cutlery but the whole pot of knives and fork looked and felt grubby!! Had to get hot water to dip and clean them before using !!! Had my grandson with me and had to wipe the highchair clean too!!! It looks like the whole cafe could do with a deep clean !!! Not an enjoyable experience at all.

Went to Morrison's cafe recently. Very disappointed with service & meal. Ordered five meals. One for myself, four more for grandchildren. Only four meals arrived.! The person who took order did not order what I asked for. We got four meals, & my grandaughter then had to wait 15minutes for her meal. None of the children ate their meals , chicken nuggets, chips & beans. The chips were overcooked, & the nuggets. The two beefburgers & chips also got left. Burgers were like leather. ! Waste of money, we then had to go & get food elsewhere.
