Took my much loved watch in to be sent away to the manufacturer for service and a new battery. Staff at the showroom were professional and knowledgeable at all times. Kept me informed of the status of the service at every stage and arranged courier delivery back to me far sooner than expected. Delighted with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Watch looking as good as new! Really delighted with the entire experience. Well done all!

Horrible experience with this company! I bought two platinum wedding rings from them. Apart from the fact that they arrived late, one of them had some horrible scratches on it so I had to send them back and ask for a refund. The problem is that they won’t give me the money back. It’s been almost a month since this started and whenever I contact them they say that I’ll have the money back in 3-5 working days…but it’s never the case.I would never recommend this company to anyone. The products arrived late, damaged and they don’t even have the decency to give the funds back (£2160 to be more precise).

Huge praise for Liz who clearly has experience and went above and beyond.From bubbles when we sat down to ordering the perfect size. Our experience at this Milton Keynes branch has been mostly negative, with particular staff and manager being especially rude, unprofessional and gaslighting us to pay more than agreed.On the 4th May, me and my then fiancee had picked our wedding bands at the store. A staff member named Will helped us measure our ring sizes, however Goldsmiths' did not have the appropriate 'test' rings to measure my ring size accurately to match the ring we were interested in. In the end we were given confidence that the size he suggested (M) would be correct, so we believed in the experts and had the order put through.We came in to collect the rings at on 31st May where we then realised my ring in particular was way too big. At this point Will had left Goldsmiths, so we were looked after by another individual. As our wedding was just over a couple weeks away, and we wanted a ring to use on the wedding day, it was suggested we could keep the original ring (size M) for the wedding day, and be charged a refurbishment fee of £20 when we bring the ring back after the wedding to exchange for a smaller sized ring (size L) as it would have been 'used'. We ultimately agreed on this, however we do feel the initial incorrect sizing was the fault of the Goldsmiths' due to the lack of precise ring measurement apparatus, and so for us to be charged for this was not very accommodating.After the wedding, at beginning of July, we went back in-store to pick up the L sized ring. However, it was still too big. So, we measured my ring size again and decided on K 1/2. We kept the original M sized ring, as we did not want to incur a another refurbishment charge on the L sized ring whilst the K 1/2 ring was being made. Thus, no refurbishment charge has been put through yet at this stage.6+ weeks later (28 August), we go to the store to collect it and was met by staff member and the store manager to help sort out this exchange. Immediately, it was evident the manager did not want to be there and gave off a very rude demeanor as she attempted to process our exchange as fast as possible. Not even asking if the ring was fitting better or not. The staff member was also treated poorly by the manager which speaks volumes about how toxic the work environment is.When it came to the refurbishment charge which we were expecting to pay, they were asking for £30 now instead of the £20 mentioned before. We immediately looked confused and said that they had stated £20 previously, to which another staff member jumps in immediately to say No

Happy with service received from the in store team. Disappointed that Goldsmiths only issue the £250 gift card with online purchases. This would make me think twice about going into a Goldsmith store again. I would be happy for Goldsmiths to provide an explanation for this policy.

I would never use this place again. We’ve spent several thousand pounds here and then a bracelet broke. The store manager told lies and abused us. 11 complaints emails were ignored by customer service until we had to actually organise a protest outside their store! Then they replied to us! Avoid this store like the plague.
