Very professional service and experience, quotation was quick and sent over via email without having to ask. Work completed quickly and to a very high standard, even completed a complimentary health check on my car. Would definitely recommend to others.

Service with a smile, they were clear and up front without trying to confuse me with jargon, no hidden costs, and very reasonable prices. Being a woman I've had quite a few garages try to pull the wool over my eyes but these were kind and fair people. I've been there when it was busy, they had computer troubles and a rude customer but the bloke behind the desk kept calm, tried to explain the problem in different ways, and kept everyone up to date with what was happening. I was impressed. Will definitely use them again.

I used this company for at least 5 years and never had any issues with it. Use to be the best garage in Kettering. I don't know what happened, but the service is really bad. Not only they didn't fix my car as they should they made it worse. My guess is that the old guys mechanics left and now there is a new staff. I am definitely not using them again, the damage is done. Also I have quite a few friends who wont be using this garage. From 5 starts to 1. And wouldn't even give 1 if I could.

Very friendly, helpful and customer oriented. Fees are reasonable and you can have the option to pay via 'Payment Assist' to spread any unexpected costs interest free. I have used the company over 10 years now and will not go elsewhere.

Very disappointed this morning. Waited for 3 hours to be told they didn't have the right tools to sort the problem on my car. When I booked I was told it will be a 30 minute job. The small job they did manage to do they tried to charge me £15! When I reminded them that I was meant to be there for 30 minutes he let me off. I won't be using this garage again. Might need to do some work on customer service.

Do not use this garage! A work friend of mine had his engine re built and it has been nothing but problems, he broke down on a journey which resulted in it being towed back to them. They still haven't took anything off the bill. Unprofessional zero customer care wouldn't surprise me if they didn't rebuild the engine at all and just gave it a clean up. Apparently rebuilding an engine doesn't come with warranty either? Absolutely shocking.

Took my car in and was charged £1400 for a clutch and flywheel replacement just to be told no actually I need a new gearbox and now I have to get a new clutch again!! They're clearly stealing thousands from people at the current moment in time if I listened to them I would have a new clutch/flywheel, last week they said its because I need a new clutch master cylinder and now they say gearbox, attempts to make me pay to replace my whole car, I still don't know what the problem is, I do not believe anything these scammers say

DON'T DO IT. worst ever. Took my car for a clutch replacement. Came back with a shudder went back and they said the clutch was faulty. They replaced it free of charge but I got it back with a terrible noise. They said it was a manufacturers problem and would not do it again. Cost 1300 quid to get through mot. Vehicle is 2005 model never had noises until I took it there. Booked not on line but it didn't go through so when I got there couldn't get it done. No effort made to remedy. Useless and cheats
