Great service received here a few weeks ago. Ear was extremely blocked and they were so good managing to get me an appointment on the morning I phoned. Very professional, friendly service with very good prices.

I've been twice to get my ear wax cleaned, these guys are really nice, very professional. I've been to another ear wax removal place, and it wasn't a good experience. These guys did a great job. They're very considerate of your comfort, and make the process enjoyable. I've heard they do a great job with hearing aids too.

Fantastic customer service - highly recommended! Aberdeen Hearing Service have been absolutlely fantastic - eventhough I got my hearing aid from another company they still went the extra mile to ensure that they gave me a temporary replacement while they sent mine away to be fixed. I have to say this is possibly THE best customer service I have had in Aberdeen. Nothing seemed like too much trouble -they were willing to keep the shop open late to help me out, and also spent time calibrating the temporary replacement, so that I could hear, and all this at no extra charge. Absolutely thoroughly recommended - lovely people!

Wow, I came here for ear wax removal, met Chris, what a gentleman, since after check-up, he decided not to charge since there was no wax in my both ears. What a professionalism.

I attended the Aberdeen branch after experiencing increased tinnitus & hearing loss during pregnancy. After a comprehensive evaluation it was concluded that, although hearing aids could improve my hearing, I should return for further assessment after pregnancy - as my hearing loss could return to normal following birth. I really appreciate the thorough & honest service that I received at Aberdeen Hearing Service. I could have ended up with a very expensive pair of hearing aids that would be no use to me in several months' time. I really recommend the team - they are very professional & I have no doubt that they deliver top notch, quality, service.I hope that my hearing returns back to normal naturally but if it does not then I will be back :)

I recently had an excellent experience dealing with Aberdeen Hearing Services. I was extremely impressed with the level of care and expertise provided by the staff. I managed to get a cancellation with Aberdeen Hearing Services today as I was struggling with a build up of ear wax. All the staff were very friendly and professional. Everything was explained very well to me and the wax removal was done quickly and efficiently.I felt very safe in these Covid days as they had everything in place.I would highly recommend them.Anne Young. A couple of days ago, one of my Widex hearing aids stopped receiving sound and I could sense, also, it was time to have my ears cleared of wax.I rang for an appointment yesterday first thing, got a cancellation and arrived there on time. In the first minute, I was temperature checked, hand sanitised and Geoff Bryce took my hearing aids to check them. Chris Bryce meanwhile tackled my waxy ears.Less than 15 minutes later, my hearing aids had been fixed/checked over and my ears cleared of wax. Since I've had these hearing aids, which were supplied by this company, I've been back a few times to have minor problems sorted, but usually to have ear wax removed. Every time: this same excellent service!This really is a great company, who are a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them.
