Worst service ever, whoever's is in charge of the pitch lights needs a serious check in. Treated us like dirt, victim blamed us and guilt tripped us for an honest mistake, being late to a block booking after being 3 year customers. God complex must be his middle name.

Charged a parking penalty charge when dropping off my son to a birthday party, advised that unfortunately the centre management are unable to do anything - this is private property and clearly untrue!

Quite a few negatives relating to this site if you are not local. You have to pay to park. The showers are not great and very open. The pitches are not labelled and there is no one carrying out time management. But the positive is the quality of the pitch is good.

Drinks machine either out of order or empty!The cafeteria unreliable most of the time closed.You have to pay for parking when should be free as we are paying for clases. On top of that will charge you for 2 hours if you pass 1hour parked even if you stay only 1 hour and 10 minutes will make you pay for 2 hours.Aurora gymnastic classes they cancel classes whenever they want , dont reply to emails.

Great astro pitches, parking facilities and cafe. Clean and safe environment

An absolutely parasitic, money grabbing place that scams the very community it is meant to serve.Visited for a kids football match which overran slightly and they instantly hit you with a fine with no option to appeal.It took ages to find a parking spot in the first place, because it was so full, but they include this as part of your parking" time. Absolute thieves."

Me and my friends have been visiting this court for the last 3 years and have paid each month for block booking and really enjoyed our time until the man in charge was an absolute cringe meister and refused to let us on pitch due to a delayed payment, despite us being loyal customers for the past 3 years. He proceeded to gaslight us and refuse any sort of cooperation or compromise and left us with a sour taste. He really needs to grow up and stop being such a cringe man. We're all adults, and what does that mean? At the end of the day its night time not nappy time.

The problem is that even the parking has been paid, they issue Parking charge notices of £100. A waste of time then recollect all the proof of payments and dispute the charge. I think the owners should be in jail.

As stated below, we have been playing at club des sport for years with the same booking on wednesdays with FC Urban. The director said he had not received any email to say the booking needs updating therefore was unaware it needed paying. & All it would have taken would have been a simple visit to pitch to let us know its run out and if we can get it sorted for the next session/after the session as 10 of us were there waiting to play, instead our host called reception to be greeted by a power hungry individual who went out of his way to be difficult, bare in mind we've been loyal customers for the last few years. 'I've got my finger on the light switch and I could put it on but I just wont' he was told. Very disappointing but I guess some people go out of their way to be difficult, sad people.
