Do NOT use these absolute scammers!!! We paid 10 pounds to park our car and i received a parking fine!!!! I wasn't the only one there who had paid and also had a ticket too. I appealed and it was rejected..so they took my money and now I have a nice parking fine to pay too.. STAY AWAY!!

When you change the arrangements in a car park which previously required you to take a ticket from the barrier control you need to remove the barriers because as a customer my expectation is that I then take that ticket to a pay machine and pay. If I am not issued a ticket and the exit barrier lifts automatically without requiring the ticket to exit, it is perfectly normal to assume there is no charge.

I paid for all day and got a penalty anyway Didn't have my ticket after having my car cleaned. You can't get in touch with these thieves. I'll never use their car parks again and I'll actively be telling everyone else not to. Disgusting company. These reviews saying how good and helpful they are, are clearly fake. Just seen in the local paper (Wigan) how the NHS staff who use this car park are getting penalties on a regular basis. Check it out , staff from the Thomas Linacre Centre. DON'T USE THE CAR PARKS THESE THIEVES OPERATE.

parked in wigan car park the pay machine was not working tried it a few times even another customer tried it with no joy so we decided to get in our cars and go to the other SIP carpark over the road, all good machine was working paid and off we went, i then get a fine for the first carpark where the machine was broken this has now escalated to a £200.00 fine, just not good you are willing to pay but cant then £200.00 fine what a easy way to get rich and the courts let this happen, just make sure the machine is broken for £2.00 car park and it turns' in to £200.00 just so wrong. and its allowed to happen.

Avoid! Parked overnight - side window smashed and screen stolen from (old, cheap) car. No security and not safe at night.

Severe Security Breach and Theft at Private Car ParkDear [Private Car Park Management],I am writing to express my utmost disappointment, frustration, and concern regarding the severe security breach that occurred at your private car park, resulting in the vandalism of my vehicle and the theft of all my belongings. This unfortunate incident has left me deeply distressed, and I feel compelled to share my experience to shed light on the significant security flaws that need urgent attention. On 08/07/2023, I parked my vehicle at your private car park located at SPI car park. To my shock and dismay, upon returning to my vehicle, I discovered that the windows and windscreen had been shattered, and all of my personal belongings were stolen. The impact of this incident on me is not merely financial but also emotional, as cherished possessions and irreplaceable items were taken from me.The complete lack of security measures and monitoring at your car park is truly alarming. It is evident that unauthorized individuals gained easy access to the premises and committed this act of vandalism and theft without any hindrance. This blatant disregard for customer safety and the absence of adequate security systems are simply unacceptable. Moreover, the lack of proper lighting in the parking area contributed to the vulnerability of parked vehicles, making it easier for criminals to carry out their illegal activities undetected. The absence of surveillance cameras and trained security personnel further exacerbates the situation, leaving vehicles and their owners at high risk of becoming victims of crime.I implore you to take immediate action to rectify the security issues at your car park. The following measures should be implemented without delay:1. Installation of high-quality surveillance cameras throughout the parking area to deter criminal activities and aid in the identification of perpetrators.2. Enhanced lighting to ensure proper visibility and discourage potential criminals from targeting vehicles.3. Employment of trained security personnel who can monitor the premises and respond swiftly to any suspicious activities.4. Collaboration with local law enforcement agencies to establish a stronger presence and enhance security in the vicinity of the car park.5. Improved access control mechanisms to prevent unauthorized entry into the parking area.Additionally, I request that you take responsibility for the losses I have incurred due to this security breach. As a customer, I trusted that my vehicle and belongings would be safe within your premises, and the failure to provide adequate security has resulted in substantial damages. I expect full cooperation and compensation for the stolen belongings and the repairs required for my vehicle.I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. Failure to address these concerns promptly will not only tarnish your reputation but also compromise the safety and trust of future customers. I look forward to your immediate response, detailing the actions you will take to rectify the security issues and address the compensation for the damages incurred.Yours sincerely,

Keep your tickets for future reference. Received a number of parking charges in the past and ended up paying as never retained the tickets as proof of payment. Now I am retaining the tickets it is rather interesting that parking charge notices are being issued, even though a valid ticket has been purchased. Be warned - not necessarily a sinister practice as the ticket machines at the location I use have been in a poor state of repair for the 2 years I have used it.

Parked at Royal William Yard, paid parking and got ticket as both cars next to me when parked were over their lines which meant as was I. inspector then said had seen gap and realised no other way to park and in fact told others not to park there! If knew would ticket someone then why not stay as few of them until other owners back or place bollard? In fact why give me a ticket at all when knew no other way of parking and could clearly see ticket was merely for 2 hours so would be moved = Rip off artists! Doesn’t help that close weekends so can’t appeal until Monday on a ticket got Saturday and ends up costing more when in fact shouldn’t have got at all or should got my £2 back as waste of time paying if got a ticket for merely finding a space.

This company operate on threats, do not engage with them. They sent a 'final reminder' letter 3.5 months after an alleged overstay, with zero proof. The time to appeal had elapsed since they deliberately didn't send any notice prior. Now sending regular 'final reminders' and 'Legal action' letters, all with no proof or way to email/phone to speak to someone. Oh and trumping up charges with every letter, bunging £50 on here and there. Look forward to seeing them in court.
