Helen's Holistic Therapies

I have recently had several weeks of Reflexology with Helen. I enjoyed it very much and found it to be extremely relaxing which helped me with the stress I am suffering at the moment. Helen is a very caring person and committed in the services she provides. I would not hesitate to go back to Helen for further Reflexology in the future.

When I first went to Helen it was over 2 years ago soon after my husband died. I was abit sceptical at first not having been before, but she put my mind at rest and explained how reflexogogly worked. I have been on a regular basis since then and find the sessions very calming and relaxing and helps my wellbeing. Helen herself is very compassionate and a good listener.

Me and my husband Andrew joined Helen's meditation class last year, when the country was in lockdown. We enjoyed learning about different meditation practices. It was also good to be part of a group and to get to know new people as our social life suffered a lot due to pandemic. This group, under Helen's support, offered a rescue from worries and helped with anxiety and stress I dealt with at the time. Helen is a great teacher and her approach is friendly and non judgemental. As a person she is lovely, kind and genuine, an absolute gem. ❤
