Came to Micheal with extreme pain in my lower back which I have been suffering with for months, he went through each therapy explaining what muscles where being stretched and where the actual pain was coming from. Since my full MOT I have no pain in my back, would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Michael came to me on an emergency visit to help me with my sciatic pain after playing football. He was patient and explained the whole process to me while providing a quality service. Best therapist I’ve seen by far!!!

I can't recommend enough as part of rehabilitation following an injury. I first started sessions with Micheal when I had a lower back injury due to a muscle imbalance, which he helped me realize. I've been going for monthly sessions since and along with the deep tissue massage, I've also been given great advice which has allowed me to train with weights in the gym how I used to prior to my injury.

Went to see Michael for the first time after having arthroscopy operation 10 weeks ago. Since op been in a lot of pain unable to bend my leg. First session with Michael was excellent he explained everything to me in simple terms that I understood. Came out after session feeling really good. Could actually bend my knees for first time in months. Absolutely brilliant

Extremely professional and efficient service provided, I was apprehensive about getting a sports massage but Michael was tremendously reassuring and explained every exercise in depth. I felt immense relief on my lower back and neck which were my problem areas. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

For the past 6 years I have experienced pain and discomfort from my neck all the way to the left hand. This has restricted my hand movements. I have tried physio that was provided by NHS , which I found ineffective. I also tried physio privately, which was waste of money. Recently Michael was recommended by a staff member from my local gym. I have had 2 session with him so far and I can feel the difference. The pain has reduced and my hand movements is better. The sessions are intense but effective. Another positive thing is that you have these sessions in the comfort of your home. This works for me well. I am more confident that in 2 more sessions I will feel normal, as stated by Michael. He also suggests exercises after every session, which is simple to do and effective. I would highly recommend Michael .

After hearing all good things from others.I booked in and received a sports massage. During the massage he was very professional, and made me feel comfortable. After the massage was completed my back felt like new!Micheal gave me some different stretches to do, he aIso told me to keep hydrated & the importance of doing so. I will definitely be booking in in the future!
