Thame Massage

I have been treated here for a few months, for a badly damaged ligament in my ankle. Mark is clearly a very experienced and knowledgeable physiotherapist and his treatment is showing highly effective results.

What a fantastic find- Jody is delightful and extremely good at her job. I had an amazing massage and the heated water mattress meant I stayed warm throughout. This place is a hidden gem- I thoroughly recommend it. Thank you, Jody!

I cannot recommend Mark and this practice more highly and I would like to say a massive thank you for helping me. I arrived five weeks ago crying, shuffling and in so much pain with my back, thinking I will listen but I am in too much pain to let you touch me. Five weeks later I have been discharged, pain free and more flexible than I have been for years. Each week he has asked how I was and most importantly listened as I explained what had helped and what I was struggling with. Each time he could explain the muscles and help the problem followed by some exercises for the week. Mark was knowledgeable, reassuring and he worked at my pace. I really am so very grateful and feel that I can now move and resume everyday life without fear. Thank you Mark!

I originally went to Mark for a very bad neck, after a few treatments I am now able to move my neck with ease and no pain. Since then we have graduated onto other parts of my anatomy and I find the therapy that Mark uses is second to none and I highly recommend him.

Mark is amazing and knows his stuff!!! He helped me heal from a sports injury and I continue to see him at regular intervals to stay on top of it! Amazing and professional!

Today I had my first ever massage with Jody and I cannot recommend it enough, she immediately put me at ease and worked her magic, I felt like I was drifting away on a cloud of relaxation and I cannot wait to have another, I feel like a new woman!Being a pregnant lady that has previously suffered sciatica and spd I had been really feeling achey and stiff in my back and knew I had to do something, Jody really worked on my problem areas and my back feels amazing, thank you so much Jody you are a star ⭐️

I have been going to Thames massage for about a year now and I would recommend it to anybody who suffers with any kind of pain or just want's a relaxing massage! I have a bulging disc in my lower back which is causing very painful Sciatica. Jody has been amazing in treating my Sciatica and I can't thank her enough! While it doesn't cure the cause of pain it helps tremendously.Jody is very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable! I am never scared to ask her any questions even if they might sound silly.
