This a Womens only gym friendly staff & great classes to boot. All shapes & sizes Christine makes you feel so welcome i would recommend this gym to any woman.

Took me a while to find somewhere to go that wasn’t a chore and where I feel comfortable. Having it female only is a great idea as we are all different shapes and sizes and don’t feel self conscious. Staff are enthusiastic and supportive and love what they do which makes it enjoyable to go (even if you are wrecked by the end)Thanks Christine for giving it your everything
