A big big thank you to Qasim, Zainab and Ace & Tate. The service from start to finish was excellent, I had some issues getting to the initial appointment, they were super accommodating. Then, I arrived at the store, such a chilled vibe and gorgeous interior design. Zainab went above and beyond regarding next steps for an eye condition I have. And Qasim was super helpful, insightful, professional and friendly throughout choosing frames and collecting. Loving my new specs! Cheers chaps xxx

Great service & understanding staff. I came in with my partners glasses that had unfortunately snapped shortly after purchasing, the team were so helpful and understanding. They went way beyond what they had to to help me out.

I visited the store today as a plastic rim had fallen off my glasses frame. The team were super helpful in fixing the rim for me, tightening the hinges and making the glasses look good as new at no cost. 10/10 would recommend, thank you so much!

I’m familiar with Ace&Tate’s excellence since I was living in Bristol. In fact, my last eye test was done with them in 2018. I’ve done another one now with them in this branch, you can always expect nothing but professionalism, friendliness and customer satisfaction. They have great glasses at greater prices!

i cannot overstate how happy i am with the customer service i've received today from the team at ace & tate leeds. i came in with a broken pair of glasses and they had them repaired in less than an hour, when the original estimate was a couple of days. thank you so much!
