Outstanding service! Used Boilers 4 Essex to install an air source heating system at my property. From booking a site visit to the final installation the process has been very efficient and pain free. The conversion from gas to air source at my property was technically very difficult and a thorough, planned, expert approach was needed. Boilers 4 Essex excelled at all stages. Thoroughly recommend this company and have no hesitation in leaving a 5 star review.

Boiler was not working due to a possible electrical fault, other companies would not help us as its a hydro-therapy pool boiler and on LPG. This company was excellent, Harry the engineer serviced the boiler, cleaned it and fixed the electrical fault. Very knowledgeable and very competent. James in the office was very helpful understanding that we needed help asap otherwise we would had been cancelling clients and urgently needed help. Will definitely keep using this firm. 5 star.

James has an amazing team working for him. Harry is fabulous and is always friendly, polite, professional and works very fast and efficiently. We called today and had service this afternoon. They are wonderful company to work with. HIGHLY Recommend.

I had a Valliant boiler installed by Boilers4Essex. It’s still very regrettable now despite having tried to make the best out of a bad situation. I really wished I had stuck to British Gas. Initially when James visited me I was filled with such confidence from his salesman pitch. Once they got the business it went downhill from there. They blamed me for everything that went wrong despite being the experts. No proper survey, planning or communication. The inexperienced junior sent to do the job didn’t install in a discreet manner as promised by James initially. Also the new boiler didn’t work for a while until they decided to change by system to pressure system all of which I had to pay more for. It was overall the most painful and stressful service commissioning I have ever experienced. In the end I got a working boiler however it looks so terribly done despite coming out more expensive overall than I would have spent with British gas and gotten peace of mind. Now reflecting several months later i feel like no one should have to ho through what I did and that it’s my obligation to warn someone else that may make same poor judgement and avoid the mistake!!!! Don’t try and look for a bargain like I did and fall into the hands of the likes of Boilers4Essex, get your boiler installed by a reputable company for peace of mind

A rare treat these day! Boilers 4 Essex (although mine was in Kent) did everything that was agreed, on the day that was agreed, at the price that was agreed. More than that the customer service has been excellent with courtesy calls before the installation and follow ups afterwards. I would definitely use them again. A genuine Five Star experience.

I have an Air Source Heat Pump that wasn't working to its full potential and the installers couldn't fix the problem.So after a year of problems I finally called Boilers 4Essex to see if they could help.An Engineer called Dan turned up on time and went straight to work. He spotted a few issues with the instal, and within a hour we had perfect heating throughout the house (even in areas where I didn't know that we had underfloor heating).I will always use Boilers 4 Essex for my servicing and any problems.Thank you once again for a fantastic service.

Very pleased with everything: first a very competent man (Paul) came to check how everything works, explained to me the technical challenges of my old setup and formulated proposals for the new boiler. The quote was given on the day and was very reasonable, with the level of professionalism and detail vastly exceeding the other two companies I had asked. On installation day, another man (Danny) came and he was efficient throughout. Could not be happier. Highly recommend the company.

Paul & Brad were fantastic with not only diagnosing the issue correctly, but explanation of every step to me and why it has to be done was excellent. And they’re a great laugh
