UK Kung Fu

Since joining UK Kung Fu school my confidence and fitness have grown substantially. I thoroughly enjoy the classes...and am developing a love for Kung Fu. The classes are inclusive, I feel like I am training with friends and everyone is respectful of each other. Neil is tough at times, often pushing you beyond what you thought you were capable of but also very approachable, always ready to answer questions or just have a chat.
