Easy location to find. And directions to the stores are clearly marked. Just be careful driving around there. There are lots of vehicles parked all around, and it takes some millimetre work to get through

The chauffers/concierges were pretty rude, but this was tempered by the lovely check-in staff who checked me in quickly and effeciently and I was off to the suite in no time.I've always found the beds a little on the the firm side, but totally acceptable.Facilities good but entertainment is from a bygone era and really needs updating.The menu is wokely-inclusive and if you love English breakfast, you can live the dream and have it for every meal. I did!.All in all, it's a firm last resort if in the area and a solid two stars from me.

Very well run unit, extremely polite staff. Would recommend the tea with a half sugar to sweeten it up.

Generally obnoxious, rude, abusive male bullies who, for years have enjoyed their power trip at Martlesham Investigation Centre. Some of which prefer to mentally and physically abuse disabled individuals and those with severe difficulties. Absolutely no training in dealing with those with serious learning and mental health difficulties and importance is on conviction over rehabilitation which marginally explains other historical failures from officers who work here. Centre should be investigated and shut down on the amount of complaints available regarding abuse by officers at Suffolk Constabulary as this, has appeared for years to be where the real criminals work.

Was arrested, They're only doing their job. I understand that but if people make up lies and the police can't even be bothered to go and check before they arrest you it's pretty sad but my stay at martlesham was the first time for me. I've never been arrested before. Booking in was ok. Custody sergeant was really lovely. He was understanding he was caring. He was helpful. He told me what happens now. He explained everything about it. Absolutely lovely guy. Can't fault them at all. Not a problem. My cell well. It was dirty. There was dead bugs on the side. The toilet was dirty. There was ,bits of poo on the floor. Only little bits and I did tell them and 4 hours or so they did move me, it wasn't ok experience and they were very nice stuff. Just a shame the people on the beat and the driver, where wasn't a bit more slower? We went over speed bumps and I must have hit my head five or six times on the roof of the van but I was arrested. more understanding and look into the allegations before they just arrest you. It's broke my heart and lots of pain and suffering for what I've gone through for standing up for what I believe with the situation not brought on by me, freedom of speech and looking after your children ,grandchildren from persecution is the most important thing a parent can ever do,

I hated the place as was arrested lol bit you find the occasional nice copper
