We have just completed a especially comlicated purchase after nearly 7-month process, including staying at Airbnb for over 2 months. I'm very grateful that Attiya has been very patient & friendly, and always are ahead of solicitors & management agents on solving issues, chasing for updates and maintaining great communications, which helped a lot at the very stressful time!

House hunting, particularly at the moment, is hard. Finding an estate agent who you can trust is even harder. But Scott at Foxtons Dulwich is one of them! Throughout the whole process of looking for my first home he's been patient, kind, and importantly has made me feel like my best interests are at heart and that he cares about finding a space that will genuinely work for me.

I’ve recently sold my one bed flat with Scott at Foxtons Dulwich. Despite a difficult market post pandemic for a one bed flat with no garden, he was always really enthusiastic about the flat, (which I’m sure would have come across to potential buyers), and he managed to show it to lots of people and get an offer. Although foxtons is pricier in terms of commission than some other agents, it was worth it. Two other agencies were unable to sell my flat. The big advantage of going with them was that as a bigger agency with more properties on their books and different branches, they simply had a broader reach and greater range of people to show the property to. In fact, the eventual purchaser was originally booked in to see a different property but Scott was able to show them my flat at the same time as it met their criteria.In addition to this, Scott was an excellent agent to deal with and always communicated really well. Thank you to Scott for selling my flat and for all your support throughout the process- it was all really greatly appreciated.

Speaking as a first-time buyer (despite being quite advanced in years), I am very pleased that I went to Foxtons Dulwich and met Scott Woodhead.
