Came with a party of 25. We had pre ordered, and all the food came out together. There was plenty of food and of good quality. In fact, some people struggled to finish it all. The staff were very professional and helped with every question and requests efficiently. A good village pub with a sports bar on one side and a place on the other to have a chat. We'll worth a visit.

What a lovely place. By chance we came upon the @thecrown in Chinnor. Staffed by the owner, a good family run pub. Recent refurbishment too.Drink is priced well, food, of well, lovely. Light bites are like a main. Dirty chips are too die for.Defo a must visit again.Food cost us 17£, drink cost us 9£

Good food and reasonably priced.Only complaint was the kitchen door was left open to the restaurant and the smell the deep fat fryer pervaded the whole place, to the point it made my eyes sore.Waitress kindly opened a window and this helped but did have to put up with a chilly draft.

We didn’t book yesterdays Sunday dinner, as it was a last minute decision, however whilst it was all fully booked, Craig was extremely accommodating and managed to source another table for the 3 of us! The Service from everyone was brilliant, the bar staff, and the waiters, and the food was just incredible! I ordered the Chicken Roast and it was probably the best chicken I have ever had! Highly recommend The Crown

Stopped for lunch on our walk of The Chiltern Hills to find a picturesque pub on the edge of town. Inside a central bar surrounded by several spacious rooms ... Some laid out for dining. Two cask ales on offer and both sampled were in excellent condition and well served by friendly staff. Unfortunately even though their website says they are serving lunch on Tuesdays ... Apparently that's all wrong. Yet another establishment in the hospitality sector that cares little for new clients and passing trade. The whole town seems to be semi comatose on weekday lunchtimes. Best avoided if you're looking to dine.

The atmosphere is amazing, the drink on point, can't really day more than that, Sunday lunch is the coutry equivalent to a ritz 4 star Michelin meal.

Had a Sunday bbq two massive full plates £10 absolutely couldn’t go wrong, normal menu is great aswell loads of baguettes and sarnies available best pub for food around here, and also to watch the sports plenty of tvs and a added bouncy castle for kids out the back

Always a pleasure heading to the crown for a quick pint or a decent pub lunch.Old style pub lunches and food, as in doorstep cheese and tomato sandwiches filled to the brim, jacket potatoes, fish and chips etc which makes a nice change.Prices are level headed and atmosphere is typical village community pub.Jodi and Craig have done a great job in the 2 years they have been there.Family friendlySports barPool tablesFair pricingGood honest pub grub
