Terrible customer service, I was given an appointment only to have it cancelled as I was arriving. It would have saved so much trouble to have just not given me the appointment in the first place. The lady on the phone didn't sound interested at all, borderline rude! Will not be even calling here again, let alone recommending.

Very very happy with Paige as my hairdresser. Very lucky to have managed to get my hair done for Christmas except no one will see me!!
