Rob and his team installed a new Worcester boiler in January 2023.They were efficient and friendly, cleaned up after themselves and took away the old boiler and all the rubbish. Would recommend!

Very happy with the service we received. After having difficulty booking another plumber to put back a radiator in our kitchen we tried RF Heating and plumbing and they booked us in very quickly. The plumber did a fantastic job even though it wasn't quite as straightforward a job as we had initially thought. Will definately use RF Heating and Plumbing again and recommend them to others.

Rob agreed to visit on Wednesday to quote for work to be done. Rushed through work to get home to meet him as agreed. Phoned Rob to be told he wasn't going to make it because he wanted to go on a bike ride instead! Agreed he would visit Thursday.Again... rushed through work to get home as agreed. This time Rob just ignored his phone and didn't get back to me.Not recommended.Reply 1:I wasn’t aware going for a bike ride was an emergency, had no missed calls or voicemail from you. Of course genuine emergencies take priority, but it’s not difficult to let your other customers know you’re not going to make it.The other engineer was for another day but like you, ignored his phone, didn’t turn up and didn’t let me know in advance he was not going to arrive.I am also fully aware these are difficult times, but the fact is you agreed to visit and didn’t turn up - twice.

Rob & Brian were very punctual and worked efficiently to minimise any disruption.Installation to a very high standard and minimal mess etc - whole job was completed in a thorough and timely fashionPrior to work commencing, Rob was very helpful and provided excellent advice and technical knowledge.Would not hesitate to use them again and would definitely recommend to others

From the first conversation outlining all aspects for the work to be done, the time frame and an acceptable, uncomplicated, and inclusive quotation.I am delighted with the result. The installation only took one day and all was left clean and in good order.
