Had a flat tyre on way to work but could pump it up … got to national tyre after work in Macclesfield and was in and out in 25 mins. Great service great price .

I called yesterday as I had a 'wheel-wobble' with my car just before they were due to close.The guys there were fantastic, very friendly and informative and delayed closing to help me out.They balanced the front wheels and now all is OK, and they declined to take any reward for their kindness. We need a few more people like this in our world, thank you guys....

I came in to get my tyres done at the Macclesfield branch and Elliot was extremely helpful and professional. He showed my son how the tyres went on whilst also working quickly to get us out of the cold. This guy is brilliant and National Tyres are lucky to have him as part of their team. Top guy.

My son had booked on line for 2 new front tyres. Arrived at the appointed time. Told 1 to 1/ 1/2 hours. Duly returned. Not even started. No excuses. Appalling.

I’ve booked a appointment for change 2 front tyres on Friday at 8:30.Left the car and they said will be ready in aprox 1 hour.Came back the car was in same place that I’ve parked and ask for another appointment. Luckily was the next day.Came back at 8:30 but I’ve been waiting 45 minutes to get the car on the ramp. This not acceptable.Terrible customer service.Lack of communication.Not recommended!!!

Just avoid. Waited in reception for 15 minutes then they couldn't fit 2 tyres (hadn't even started) in the 1.5 hour booking I had. I left and went to Kwikfit up the road who had it done in 30 minutes. 1 star because I got a refund within 5 days.

Fantastic garage recently under new management. Jacob the new GM is lovely and very willing to assist you fix your car.I was very happy with the service and with the pay later options. Best option locally.

I booked and paid in advance for 10.30am. Waited for over an hour to be served - what's the whole point for time appointment? If I have not paid I would have left!!! As a single mum I don't have time to sit around for an hour and waste it. Not happy. Not good advice either for a women who needs it. Go somewhere else.
