I attended today to get a vaccine so I could start placement for university. Danielle was absolutely fantastic and really put my mind at ease before, during and after. I suffer with anxiety and felt a bit funny after my injection and Danielle made me feel very comfortable with no judgement whilst I had to have a lie down until I felt better! She explained and went through everything really well with me and overall is just a fantastic nurse ☺️ also thankyou to Nancy who was on reception, she came and brought me a glass of water and was also very kind!

I had to get Health Checks and vaccines for my university course at nomod the other day. and everyone is so nice and friendly!I was seen by Danielle, who gave me just 1 injection, she definitely has angel fingers because I didn’t feel a thing!She’s very professional and so sweet and talks you through everything! Thank you for having me!For all students and little children, there is nothing to worry about you’re in good hands!❤️

Lovely experience getting our travel injections with Danielle today. We had brought our son in a pushchair as we hadn’t realised there were stairs, and they were so welcoming and accommodating with that in mind. Definitely would recommend to anyone wishing to get vaccinated at short notice. Danielle was very bubbly and knowledgeable, and neither of us felt the injection going in! With the experience we has there today, we couldn’t have had a better one and think Danielle was a credit to the store for sure!

Just had my occupational health appointment for starting university. The nurse Danielle was so lovely & friendly & couldn’t have put me at ease any more than she did. It was easy to find & really quick.She took my bloods & gave me my hep b vaccination & was so gentle.

We and my partner booked 3 vaccines each before travelling and were bowled over by the professionalism, integrity & service from Danielle. She assuredly put any worries / doubts aside and made the whole experience unexpectedly enjoyable given we were being stabbed with needles!

I've visited the clinic a few times for travel vaccines. I've had a needle phobia ever since I can remember, and Danielle and David have both been really amazing at keeping me calm during the appointments. They made it clear that there was no rush and waited until I was ready. Best experience I've had with vaccines and the rest of the team is also friendly. Highly recommend!

Danielle was very kind and patient with me and made me feel at ease when I was nervous about having my vaccination due to being worried that I would feel faint after my injection. She gave me as much time as I needed to relax before and after the injection and was very patient, kind and understanding.
