The Ocean Rooms Spa

The Ocean Rooms Spa have gone into liquidation and no longer operate out of the Hilton Gateshead. I had booked an overnight spa package for 2 at nearly £200 and was due to arrive tomorrow. Luckily I spotted a review on TripAdvisor from another angry customer about her experience. A call to the Hilton confirmed this and I have been advised to contact Ocean Rooms for a refund...I have a feeling that will be difficult!!! Raging!
