I was very nervous to try and find a dress but the assistant was so so lovely and made me feel so at ease. It was such a lovely experience and throughly enjoyed it whilst finding the perfect dress at a very good price! would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic selection of beautiful addresses with brilliant service. They both had an abundance of knowledge and made me feel so relaxed and welcome. There was no pressure to buy and no question that was too crazy. Can’t wait to continue my experience with my dress fittings next year.

I can not recommend Ruby Frances enough if you are looking at purchasing a wedding dress or accessories. Sophie and Katie are warm and friendly and made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. They were supportive throughout COVID and were considerate when booking appointments to fit around my job. Thank you girls.

I can’t recommend Ruby Frances Bridal enough. The store is owned and run by two lovely ladies Katie and Sophie who are two of the kindest people you will ever meet. They have been so helpful with not just the dress but have given really helpful advice on so many other wedding things too!Ruby Frances specialise in ex sample designer dresses for a fraction of the price and also offer interest free repayment. The dresses are all just beautiful.I can’t think of a single reason why Ruby Frances shouldn’t be everyone’s first and only choice! Ruby Frances is the only place I visited and I found my dress on this first visit. Finding ‘the dress’ can be quite a daunting experience but I was made to feel so at home. Sophie and Katie want you to find your perfect dress, and the experience is very much about this. I had been intending to visit another bridal shop in London a couple of months after my first planned appointment with Ruby Frances. The thought of it though was quite stressful, the store in question sold tickets for their ex sample event and the actual experience sounded like a Black Friday nightmare. Ruby Frances only see one bride at a time and it really is such a special experience and I cannot empathise how relaxed it all is. You can bring your family and friends to get their opinion too. I could go on forever.Ruby Frances, Sophie and Katie are all truly amazing and dress shopping was one of my most favourite experiences of the whole wedding experience because of these lovely two.

As wonderful as the experience of being in the shop and trying on the dress was, the after experience was terrible. My fiancé and I called the wedding off after extremely unforseen circumstances. I lost all my money toward the dress.At the time, due to the circumstances, I didn't consider the implications of this but now that the emotions have settled, I realise how wrong this is and I hate to say it but it is.I lost all my money and I walked away without my dream dress because of circumstances that I didn't bring upon myself.I'd understand keeping the deposit, but keeping all the money I paid on top of that (as well as the dress that I chose, wore once and never touched again), to then end up back on the shelves is very wrong.They made a lot of money out of me and I lost the love of my life and the dress of my dreams.It has taken me 3 months to leave this review and I don't leave it easily but I've had to in the respect of other women/men/non-gender that have to go through this too.To first lose your love and your entire future and then to lose your money on your dream wedding dress with nothing more than 'it has been a hard 2 years for us' is pretty crass, without the emotional turmoil that I have had to endure.

Wow. We had such a wonderful experience on Saturday morning. Having never tried a wedding dress on before, Liv and Katie were so knowledgable and helpful in allowing me to try on a variety of dresses! There was no rush and I tried some on twice. Katie even pulled a dress out for me which ended up being my favourite! The girls were so fun and made it a fab experience for my mum and sister too. There is a huge variety of dresses and all at such a great price! A lovely business that I would recommend to everyone! Thanks Katie and Liv!
