More Than Loft Ladders

Just want to say a massive thank you to Josh who do us a fantastic job on our attic from boarding it out to fitting a new hatch way and ladder. He was extremely polite and worked non stop throughout the day his service was exceptional. Thank you so much to all of you at More than Loft Ladders. Highly recommend to our family & friends.

I searched for a long time for a reputable company after being stung previously by cowboys in the past. From the moment I made contact with Andy I was immediately reassured by his professionalism. Everything was clear and on time from the initial quote to the finished job. He left the place clean and tidy throughout the process. He installed a new loft hatch & ladder, removed an old water tank, installed lighting, a supporting structure above existing joists and boarded the required space. He also went above and beyond fixing a few none loft related issues at no extra cost. Really couldn’t recommend him enough. If you’re still uncertain, just get him out for a quote and take it from there, he’s not in the least bit pushy so you won’t have to worry about being hassled if you decide against.

Leicester - Excellent service from start to finish. We were contacted quickly and a visit was arranged to discuss our requirements. Our needs were considered and our options were explained. On installation day, the workers arrived punctually and were professional and courteous throughout. When they finished they talked us through what they'd done and gave us advice on maintenance. They left the place so tidy that if it wasn't for the nice new loft hatch, you wouldn't know they'd been here! Fantastic customer service and great work at a good price. I would highly recommend them.

From quote to completion fantastic job. Chris completed a top job of boarding, lighting & ladder to loft. Particularly like the ‘landing pad’ (see pic) for easy access in & out off ladder. Area was tidied & cleaned & full instructions how to use the ladder safely were given before leaving.

Friendly service from the initial quote visit and explained the options in a non pushy way. Booked the work in for the next week. Turned up on time and completed the work to a high standard and left no mess. Very happy with the work done and I now have a usable loft space. Thanks a lot!

Well, I think 5 stars not enough, If I could I would give them 100 starts. From the begining Mark came to my place twice and gave me three revised quote with no complain, I had to increase the area and everytime I requested he did the change very professionally, and then on the work day the star Dave came in, he was excellent with the work left no mess and did more than what I can ask for, I am very pleased with the work and for remaining half I will call Mark again. Thanks guys and please keep up the good work, what you do needs trust and professionalism and please continue to do what you best. Good luck!! :)

At a time when customer service is at its lowest this company were excellent very quickly understood what I needed rather than what I wanted extremely competitive price so professional clean and tidy and I’m ecstatic that my loft has now been boarded out has a really good light and I have loads of storage space. I would highly recommend !

Andy has done a fantastic job boarding our loft. He was very polite and considerate and left everything clean. He was very friendly and great at communicating right from the quote stage through to completing the work.
