After meeting Jack on the weekend for viewings I wanted to sing his praises as I felt he was a knowledgable, honest and non pushy agent. I felt he really listened and understood what we wanted and wouldn’t just send us or try and get us to just view anything. Very unprofessional and lead us on to believe the house is ours. Sent all our paperwork within two days and he came back with lies and excuses and sold the house to someone else. The fact that he had the audacity to blame me. The least they could have done was be honest with us without leading us on and wasting our time.Rubbish, dishonest and rude.Will never trust them again!A big let down
