I went there trying to find gloves with no covering fingers because I couldn't find anywhere else. They have but not my type obviously because is a fancy dress shop, but anyway, the lady there with glasses and brown hair was so lovely and helpful, than deserve 5 stars!

Like an Aladins cave of fancy dress. Its very clever the way that the range of costumes excessively cover current media characters and and topical people and whether renting or buying the cost is extremely affordable even when you are on a restricted budget. I've had really memorable hilarious celebrations because of Hollywood Fancy Dress.

Went in and was greeted by a VERY RUDE woman who told me i couldn’t touch anything in the shop?!?!!!! Then everywhere that i went in the shop, she said i couldn’t be there as i was under 18!! Then when i asked her about a prop she ignored me at first but then when she answered, she was incredibly rude and acted like i was a burden. Wont be going here anytime soon!!!

Went in last week to purchase some bits for my younger siblings cowboy themed event at their school this Thursday and I must say that the customer service was beyond excellent. Help was politely offered as soon as I entered the store, which I declined, and was left alone again until I approached a staff member for some guidance a little later on after having a little wander myself, which she was very happy to provide. I left the store with exactly what I had in mind when I entered and I'll definitely be returning for party and dress up bits in the future!!

Very large selection, but very cluttered , no accessible to anybody needing to use aides/disabled or pushchairs etc . All outfits are mixed up on hangers , apart from basic rough areas e.g kids / adult , themes or specific outfits were really hard to find .

So much choice of outfits, masks, hats, fairy wings etc. It would be good if the children's section could be better organised. A catalogue of what is available would be good as there's so much to go through. Make sure you give adequate time to look.

Went in as we were curious. What a brilliant shop and we found an item that we have been looking for for ages ..... And we'll leave it to your imagination but it needed blowing up!!!! The young man serving was very helpful and took the time to talk to a couple of old pensioners while it was quiet. Our only gripe is that it is too far from our home. Good luck.
