Caladh Sona Community Care Unit

Fantastic staff , professional and very (very) dedicated. First class location, my aged cousin , could not be in better hands , anywhere!

Lovely staff. Such a nice place with wonderful views and a community hall next door with ample parking.

This is the very best care home that I've ever seen. (I often visit a close relative living there.) Very small but fully staffed (minimum of two staff on duty at night) with very, very kind and competent qualified carers, and run to a very high standard by the Highland NHS. It's expensive, but well worth it. Although in a cold part of the country it's always physically warm, and warm-hearted, too. There's even a resident friendly cat, and the manager's even friendlier dog is a frequent visitor. It's in a stunningly beautiful location beside the sea in a tiny hamlet near the village of Tongue. The only downside it that it takes a lot of getting to from the south, and in practice the only convenient way of getting there is to drive.By the way, the correct postcode is IV27 4YS...
