My granddaughter recently had a snorkelling lesson with Scubaco, Carol spent time explaining things to her and ensuring she was properly kitted out, the instructor was very patient and helpful and she enjoyed the experience. Would recommend them.

Yesterday I qualified as an official open water scoobie with Scubaco and I can’t wait to do more courses with them! From day one I knew I was in safe hands with Carolann who answered all my (many) questions and went through all the information I needed to know. Carolann and her team Chris, Andy and John’s passion shone right the way through the course, supporting us every step of the way and helping us to beat our nerves. I would encourage anyone to book a course with Scubaco - I guarantee you’ll have so much fun and wish it wasn’t over so soon. Thank you for helping make dreams come true ☺️

I first went to Scubaco in September 2007 to enquire about a padi open water course & found Carol and Jon very helpful, knowledgeable & approachable. After completing my open water course, I still dive with the team to this day, along with many other divers that have gone through their training at Scubaco thanks to the community that Carol and Jon have created.I have now trained up to advanced open water at Scubaco and will continue to dive with them for as long as I can.

Started my journey with scubaco over a year ago Now I’m an advanced open water diver I wouldn’t learn to dive with anyone else, I spend most of my time abroad but always fly home to do another course, they supply all my scuba gear which I use abroad and only let them service it, diving is a dangerous sport if you don’t know what you’re doing and these guys are total professionals

Absolutely love diving with Scubaco! When you do a course with them, you don't just get shoved through a course as quickly as possible... in your small groups each diver will have their needs catered to, keeping the dive safe but fun. Not only that but Carol will help to arrange you a buddy for future dives if you need one. This keeps Scubaco not only a shop to arrange courses and buy equipment (which might I add is very reasonable priced I have purchased ALL my equipment directly from Scubaco and have never felt pressure into purchasing anything), but a large sociable network of friendly divers. What more could you ask for?

I first started using Scubaco when my girlfriend lived in Blackpool. Now we're married and live in Preston I still use Scubaco. John and Carol have always provided excellent service and there has never been a problem with my kit that John couldn't sort for me.The shop has a good range of stock, remarkable for a relatively small shop and they will always order stuff in for you to try.I was fully qualified when I first came to the shop, so I've never trained with them, but given the attention they pay to everything else, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

You simply won't get better service anywhere than you do from Carol at Scubaco, who uses her extensive proffesional knowledge to advise you and kit you out. We just went in for some snorkelling gear and she took the time to really evaluate our needs, try and compare various products, and point us in the right direction. Amazing knowledgeable staff. My wife booked my refresher course with Scubaco in September 2015 and thanks to the amazing staff at Scubaco I am now a cold water diver who enjoys getting out in the UK no matter how cold the water gets to enjoy a sport I love. I would recommend this shop to everyone with out a shadow of a doubt. Thank you Carol your ace.

I met Carolann when I took a beginner course.My nerves were getting the better of me as I had always wanted to try it but at the same time I wasn't keen on being under water.I can't recommend Carolann and the team highly enough, whether you are a beginner or an expert Scubaco is the only name you need
