After using 111 online was directed to A&E with a time prebooked. After being there 10mins was checked in and had obs done. About 30min later was seen by a doctor think his name was Thomas but might be wrong. Had amazing service. After calling Southampton hospital was agreed that I could have medication prescribed at St marys and would be seen on Monday at eye clinic so did not have to travel to Southampton today. The staff kept me informed all the time. An amazing service by an amazing team. Thank you.

Used urgent care centre after cycling accident. Treated with kindness & great care. Waited around an hour which I was totally happy with, given how busy the department was. Thank you to all the wonderful staff on duty.

All of the staff in the eye car department could not have been better today for my mum she was out at ease and all the staff made mum feel very comfortable and relaxed, SARAH deputy sister, LIAM & BEVERLEY on the ward could not have been more attentive.Thank you to all of you for taking such good care of my mum I really appreciate it.

My Mum suffered a suspected stroke and was taken to St Mary’s for treatment where she received excellent care from the medical staff and a very professional service on June 7th.She sadly died from her condition before I could get there but the care, genuine empathy and concern for my Mum, and my brother who was on his own with her, was outstanding. The staff were absolutely brilliant and just so kind. I don’t remember all the names unfortunately but I do remember Hayley and a female vicar who were particularly brilliant.I just love the NHS - there when you need them and second to none. I wish you were paid what you’re worth and were properly funded so you didn’t have to work so hard. Thanks so much for all you did on that day; it is very much appreciated.

I have just undergone a total hip replacement. I want to thank everyone from the consultant downwards and that includes even the lovely tea ladies in Alverstone ward. The care in every way was genuine and sympathetic. No request was too big or small. What lovely people. If you are waiting for a procedure be assured you will be well looked after. With thanks and respect. Jackie Williams.

The staff here are extremely helpful and pleasant. I have been here several times recently into different departments and always been treated with respect and consideration. I am a strong believer that you get back what you give, so if you are polite you will be treated politely back.

My mother recently spent a few days in hospital, she received good care as far as I can tell. There is zero communication and as my mother is 85 and partially deaf I was unable to contact her on her mobile. Thankfully she was able to leave today and was taken to the discharge lounge where she had to wait 4.5 hours for medication, absolutely disgraceful!!!The discharge lounge is completely unsigned, had anyone mentioned it was in the field hospital I may have been able to locate it a lot quicker.
