My wife and I were due to go to Cyprus for our Spring holiday obviously it was cancelled . Spalding travel handled everything superbly.. we requested a total refund and Spalding travel rang me two weeks after we would have returned from Cyprus to tell me that they were transferring the full amount very shortly. Cannot fault the service this travel firm give to customers. Looking forward to booking with again if possible.Colin Tuffs Spalding

They took instructions on our planned holiday,worked very hard to provide but because we had so many limitations and so little time we purchased from a travel agent in Milton Keynes where my better half lives.They were very understanding and I failed to advise them we had sorted so to be fair they were really good and we will return for them to sort our September holiday.Use as they really do care and thank you Lisa

Staff are friendly, professional & very helpful. Like many people we were unable to holiday this year & the team were brilliant in processing our refund. We received our money back within the suggested timescales & the process was really easy - thank you! We will definitely be booking with you in the future when there are less restrictions!
