The service was 5 star without a doubt! I was so grateful that Edwin was able to supply a limo at such short notice and my daughter was absolutely delighted and made her feel extra special. The limo was immaculate and was great that there were glasses and a bottle of fizz! All in all, a superb service. Thanks so much.

I contacted here looking to find out the best option for a private transfer to propose to my now fiancé, Edwin provided me with great options and amazing advice on what private transport would be best suited and romantic to do so. So we arranged to go with the Mercedes S class which was absolutely perfect for the occasion as it was beautiful inside and outside and very intimate. Our drive Hammy was absolutely amazing and a really great guy. After the question was popped we were provided with some champagne at Belfast Castle after she said yes! Hammy even had an umbrella on standby for the rain. Me and my fiancé cannot thank Edwin, Hammy and the whole company enough for this amazing experience! He gave me great advice and everyone made it a truly memorable experience! I can not recommend this place enough! It deserves an award for its professionalism! I will not be recommending this company at all. I booked Belfast Limo Hire for my daughter and her friends upper sixth formal, It was a big night for them as it was their last formal together. On the Saturday prior to the formal I received a courtesy call from Belfast Limo Hire to confirm all details time , pick up etc.Finally the big night had arrived and everyone had gathered at our house.including 7 sets of parents. The Limo was supposed to be picking them up at 4.30pm and everyone was getting excited but by 4.40pm still no sign of the limo so we called the limo company several times but no answer. Finally a call was answered by a daughter of the driver who was supposed to be at our house. She had told us her dad wasn't home. We were given his mobile number and when we rang this mobile it was answered by the same daughter who advised her father must have forgotten to take it. Despite calls and texts we were getting no where. At around 4.50pm we made the decision that no one was coming and had to make alternative arrangements. Everyone was gutted and it was also highly embarrassing as I had booked it .My husband constantly phoned the company but got nowhere.In fact we didn't get speaking with anyone until 8.30pm that night and ended up getting two calls, one from Edwin and Davy. Edwin was in charge of taking the booking and then emailing Davy with all the information. Davy was responsible for organising the limo for the night but unfortunately their was a breakdown in communication apparently . Each saying it was not their fault They both apologised but this didn't help us. We were told that they had received a lot of bookings for that day and some jobs had to be outsourced. We had suggested even a ride in the limo to Edwin as a gesture of goodwill. Edwin said he would approach David about this. We were contacted the following day by Edwin who told us he suggested the gesture of goodwill to David but unfortunately he said no . Extremely disappointed and unhappy with this company whom we will never use again, nor would we recommend them. Even though they eventually apologised there was absolutely no customer service offered after the no show. We only give one star as it doesn't seem to let us give none !!

Great experience ....Ordered a Hummer to take my son and some of his friends to his 21st Birthday party. Spoke to Edwin who was very helpful taking me though prices, times etc, the Hummer it’s self was Immaculate and the driver was lovely from taking photos for us to making sure everyone was happy, having fun and a great time. Would definitely use them again.

I booked a limo to bring my son to Slane as a treat for finishing university. All booked at very short notice, Edwin and David were very helpful responding right away to any queries, and even accommodated a last minute change of pick up time. My son and his friend were delighted. Unfortunately for the driver, he got stuck in the one way system at Slane after dropping my son off, which my son felt bad about, but he said the driver was great about it - which I'm sure was tough as he had to wait for 2 hours to get out.

Just after an experience with my Wife for our first Wedding Anniversary. Professionalism is amazing. Car was amazing. Chauffeur was amazing. Just not enough words to describe. Limo Hire provided an excellent service on Saturday 27 April for my Daughter's wedding day. Our driver Fred was a true gentleman & helped my daughter have the best start to her Big Day. No hesitation in using this Co. again & would genuinely recommend them.

My partner surprised me with the silver Chrysler limo for my birthday for a shopping trip to Dublin and back again and it was first class service, our driver Fred was so friendly and let us play our music as loud as we wanted, the champagne was delicious, sometimes champagne can be a really bad taste but this one was lovely!!! Fred (our driver) was very assistive in every request we had, no problems at all!! We will definitely be using your service again!!! Thanks a million :)
