Incredible vegan cake and the staff were really kind and helpful quick service, had fast charging usbs so that I could charge my phone, really calm atmosphere nice background noise, can't wait to go back!

This was a large shop to go for hot drinks at, with a stylish design on the walls and brought to life by pretty lights! I used my Tastecard to get a cappuccino and a tea for a relative, both of which we enjoyed. The counter is well-presented, seating is comfortable and cleanliness had been enforced!

The atmosphere was very relaxing, cosy and seemed family oriented. It s located in a corner of the town center of a busy high street, about 10 minutes away from the railway station. It s a spacious place.We had a latte and a hot chocolate , accompanied of a pesto and a cheese and tomato pastry. They were good but a bit salty.Staff was very friendly and agile.There were only few charging points in the back of the cafe.

Staff were overwhelmed and couldn't cope with the queue, when a staff member snapped at me, I walked out, never to return.Hey, Cafe Nero, there are many other places to buy a cup of coffee on the high Street. You need to remember that all customer have a choice of where to spend their money and where to post their reviews.

This Nero coffee shop is located on the riverside in the middle of the Oracle shopping Centre. It’s a small shop but has character. There is seating inside and out and in the summer sitting outside is lovely. The shop is on the North side of the riverAnd so gets blazing sunshine directly on it and the outdoor seating. I’m sitting there now. It’s Good Friday 2022. The sun is blazing down. I have a large Americano. Not a care in the world. Recommended.

My coffee was with a great taste although a little cold, my companions was a cold cortado, the atmosphere was great, the staff was nice but seemed exhausted at 5:30,Prices are similar to all similar coffee shops.Like many other shops of the same chain, and coffee shops of other chains, I hate the wasted milk they throw away after treating it with the steam, to make the foam to put on top of the small cup of coffee,Add to that the coffee they throw when you ask for any smaller glass brand, the machine will give two lines of coffee, they put a cup under one line, and the other line goes down to the drain, what a waste.I will go there again

Always love their drinks and snacks especially thd vegan rasperrry croissant and pistachio latte. Nice to see they have plenty of vegan options and they are delicious too.Ps: whether you are vegan or not the rasperry crossiant ia worth a try! It's so flaky and scrumptious.

There is a lovely member of staff called ALICJA .She is so lovely and happy every time I go in there with my little boy.Always makes us feel welcome and so polite.Lovely hot chocolate.
