Optical Express Laser Eye Surgery, Cataract Surgery, & Opticians: Kingston

I am very happy with the experience which I have received at Optical Express Kingston. To be honest I did not spend much time for looking, I chosen this clinic randomly.I would like to thank to Ly-anne and Manika who gave an amazing service and care. Also I am grateful to admit that an operation went really well with a surgeon Mohsin Patel. I am pleased to give my recommendations to all of you to visit this clinic.

I had my consultation here and Anna helped me mostly before seeing the optician to do the tests. The whole experience was lovely and quick. Anna explained everything to me really well and clear. I had a phone call from her the day after my consultation to have a quick chat before I paid my deposit and secured my slot. Again she was really friendly and kind. After my eye surgery I went back there for my next day appointment and there was an issue with the optician i was seeing, so Anna kindly offered to send me in a car to the nearest branch which was Westfield. i was seen there and everything was fine. I would recommend this branch. Staff are all so lovely and make you feel welcome. Sheila was also very kind and professional always explaining and letting me know if there were delays. Thank you all for your lovely help and support, you made my laser eye surgery a nice experience. Payzee :)

Receptionist/initial optometrist was very aloof and disinterested. Barely looked at me let alone smiled. Optometrist running the more advanced scans (Troy) was lovely.

Ly-anne was brilliant, I felt nervous at first when I arrived for my initial consultation, but after my examination and chat with her, my mind was put at rest. I decided to go ahead with the lens replacement surgery and now feel like I’ve been reborn! I can read perfectly and everything I do is so much clearer. Thank you Ly-anne, the opticians and Mr Palmer for everything you’ve done for me! My eyesight is brilliant!

I am extremely happy, with the service provided today by Pinky. Not knowing if I’m suitable for laser treatment this was just a flying visit whist in Kingston. I feel I’m already half way there on making my decision to book a consultation. She explained to me from start to finish on what is involved on finding out if I’m suitable. Will be booking my appointment soon with this clinic.

Amazing customer experience from beginning to end... Now 1 month post eye laser surgery with 20 20 vision I am so pleased I went ahead. I was very nervous but all the staff were reassuring, and kind. Kingston staff, including Pinky, really helpful on all my visits. Highly recommend and if the thought has even just crossed your mind go and do it, will not regret it!

I have had the most wonderful and professional experience.To start I had a free consultation for my laser surgery. I was very nervous of the thought of this surgery. However, The staff were extremely informative and made me feel extremely comfortable with going ahead with the procedure.
