To say the staff at Premier go above and beyond is an understatement. When other parties involved in the purchase of our property we’re letting us down, Premier we’re there to reassure us and do everything they could to help. Along the way (and a lot towards the end) we had to pester them a lot as they had a knack of getting information for us where others couldn’t, and they were never phased and were always happy to help. We dealt with a few team members along the way and each were as helpful and willing as each other.All staff were sympathetic to our stressful and time-sensitive transaction and worked to the very last minute (literally) to make sure everything went through for us.Overall we recommend Premier as highly as we can and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I recently purchased a property. Premier at Little Sutton, Ellesmere Port was the estate agent that managed the sale. The Premier team was excellent. I was buying from a different city and they always managed to fit me in when I wanted to visit the house and had limited availability. I liaised with Louise, James and Cathrine from Premier. They were extremely proactive and probably got the seller and I through the process a month quicker because they always followed everything up and chased me (nicely) when I didn't respond immediately. Louise particularly went the extra mile for me. She arranged things like the electrical check and boiler check for me with local professionals and just made things easier for me as a buyer. I would definitely recommend this team.

I have recently rented out my house through Premier Estate and Letting Agents, they have been absolutely amazing!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are extremely hardworking, and have a great team. Any issues that came up were immediately resolved. I barely had to do anything, as they organised everything for me.The first time I spoke to Premier, I walked down Chester Road, Little Sutton on a bank holiday. All the estate agents were closed, except for Premier, in there was the Lettings Manager working away with a broken leg, on her day off. If that does show dedication, I don’t know what is. 100% will recommend to anyone!!! I will enjoy to keep working with them in the future.

When we has to sell a relatives house James came to value the property and from the start of the discussions it was clear that his knowledge of the local market was spot on. His valuation was accurate (and even a little higher than we had expected) and his strategy for marketing the property ended up with us achieving a sale price bang in the guide zone and in a really quick time.10/10 would recommend and use again.

Very helpful and friendly members of staff James who was the agent showing us the property we have recently purchased went above and beyond to make sure we were able to secure the house we loved. And Louise in the office has also made this process extremely smooth sailing. Definitely recommend them to anybody looking to buy as we are first time buyers
