We from London and whenever we in Dorset we have to come to this place. Food is lovely and generous portions. Price is very reasonable too. The kids meal is very good value however last time they gave ice cream which was melting away. Also one of the lady mentioned that in the salad they give olives however that wasn't the case hence why 4 star.

My partner and I order from this roosters every week as a Friday healthy takeaway treat. Honestly overall they have been amazing, even used to throw in extra goodies from time to time as we order so regular.However, going back a few weeks now it has been absolutely rubbish. Food is always late, I cannot have mayonnaise in my wrap as I am allergic and every-time my food has arrived late & wrong.I understand completely that human error is to be expected in this industry especially on a weekend however, if you have comments box for specific allergy requirements at least adhere to them.The first instance I was spoken to rudely on the phone and that it wasn’t her problem and she said she couldn’t do anything about it this evening and her manager could call me tomorrow..(baring in mind I had no dinner and just spent £26) after a raging telephone call I decided to drive up there and as soon as I arrived the shop manager sorted it - WHY DID IT TAKE FOR ME TO GO THERE FOR THEM TO ADMIT AND SORT THE PROBLEM? However the manager apologise and said he knew my order well and it wouldn’t ever happen again.Tonight- we received our food late & wrong AGAIN. I tired to call the shop and once again was told that it wasn’t their problem but they also checked cctv and mayo was not put in the wrap (she said this straight away- wasn’t even enough time to check the bloody thing) the only way they agreed to sort it was for me to drive down there AGAIN. Not going to happen.Not sure what’s happening to this store, was my favourite weekend treat but I definitely won’t be ordering again. Not getting anything for my money and this is apparently halloumi? What do you think? Lol

Probably the worst place for ordering food online on delivery, get delayed every 30 min for another 30 min still been waiting two hours for it , if you want get your food delivered in the right time to do not wait for it two hours , better order from another place , this place need proper investigation about customer service and food too !!!

We have ate in and ordered takeaway and honestly theres no difference. Perfect crispy chips and the flavours of chicken are just divine. Would highly recommend as it tastes healthy, no grease and it doesnt bloat me out as every other takeaway. Or give me upset stomach. We cant get enough. Also, the portions are big they are not stingy and very good for value.

I am a regular customer, I ate chicken today with rice and the chicken was very bad, it was not cooked well, I spoke with the manager, he spoke badly to me and he did not respect me. Is it reasonable for such a person to be a manager in this company

Advertised as 'Generous filled wraps' - there was nothing Generous about it. £3 a slice of hallumi, half filled wrapped with a pathetic amount of salad and chicken. Poor quality all round. Seen bigger wraps made from a Attack a snack children's wrap kit from tesco. Massively disappointed and over priced. Then the cherry on top, the women serving was quite honestly rude.
