Lineage

Lineage Heywood depot.This place is the worst delivery or collection I have ever been to. I will start here. Friday 9th of December. I arrived at this depot at 11.00 for a delivery. I was booked in at 11.00 but I ended up spending 6.15 hours waiting to tip. Now I had to reload at 07.00 Saturday morning at lineage I arrived at 06.45 and left at 12.30 this is completely unacceptable and before you say it's a one off!!!!!! I returned to this depot on Tuesday 12 December to load a STI load for Coventry. I was booked in for 09.00 and arrived at 08.40 my complete waiting and loading times was over 8 hours..... Yes 8 hours just to load 22 pallets of buns. Because of this a had a failed delivery and had to be rebooked in at Coventry Wednesday 13. The amount of wasted time and income is disgusting. I would advise anyone using any lineage Depot's to rethink and fine another coldstore storage place like XPO who make lineage look like complete an utter amateurs.I hope you lose your customers as you don't deserve any.One more thing to say you are completely and utter incompetent office staff warehouse staff forklift drivers absolutely useless.

I've read a lot of bad reviews about this place, but today i arrived 3 hours earlier than booked time, waited a hour and then was told onto a bay,lady in office was also pleasant,no i don't work for them,i too have had long waits in this place.

Got here at 0930 to be told trailer should have been loaded at 0900 but won't be loaded till 1200 same old excuse were short staffed and that's my fault!!! Still here it's now 1400. Day driver doing a night out I don't think so

Easy place to find, staff all friendly.. Good place to get unloaded from..

Very slow to tip or load, at least 3-4 hours every time, and we are coming here every week, some of the staff is rude as well.

Had a 15.00 delivery time,arrived 14. 35, 2 hours later the shunt vehicle pulled off a bay a trailer that had been there since I arrived, was put on the bay ,took while 18,25 for them to discharge a straightforward 24 pallets

This has to be the worst ones don't see the point in booking in times

Absolutely shambolic waste of 6?hours of my lifeStaff treat you like your an inconvenience like you’re something they have trodden in considering they are there to book goods in and out and treat you with distain like you are interrupting their more important day than yours
