Excellent service today. Jason attended at short notice, having juggled his appointments and extended his working day to fix a leak in our mains water supply pipe. He was professional and friendly, and did a very good job for a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others, and to call him again.

Great job on the plumbing for our cloakroom, which was being overhauled for damp-proofing. The guys initially came to remove loo, sink and hot tank in preparation for the works, they then came back to plumb new pipes etc during the process, then finally to fit new loo, sink and hot tank. Great job each time. Jason, Edward and Julian were great to have around, also were very flexible and helpful in suggesting solutions to problems. Would most definitely use again and wholeheartedly recommend their services.

In my experience PlumbFirst, whether it be Jason or Edward, is always responsive, always punctual, always courtesy, always informative and always leaves the work area neat and tidy with problem resolved. We all know that plumbing services can seem to be expensive but given all of the above this company provides an excellent service and therefore represents good value for money. Used on at least five occasions and never been let down.

Emergency evening callout, leak affecting kitchen ceiling from the bathroom. Prompt response, diligent investigation and very thorough repair. Awkward site under bath in cramped space. Operative (Hayden) was helpful, polite, reassuring and very professional. Excellent job, reasonable charge. Grateful!

Jason was quick to respond and turned up even quicker.He sorted the issue straight away as had parts in the van and already had what was needed. Jason is brilliant. He talks you through what has to be done. Shows you the broken part/s and let’s you know cost of job before continuing. He’s super friendly and tidied up after the job is complete. Highly recommend Jason.

We had a leak. Water started dripping out of a light fitting, so we needed someone urgently. Rang PlumbFirst and they arrived within an hour.Was very impressed with the methodical approach taken to find the cause. They then took great care to keep damage to a minimum when accessing the source of the leak which was not easy.Was the source was found, they wasted no time in repairing the damaged pipe.They kept me updated throughout the process.When they had finished they went above and beyond to make it look as good as possible.Very impressed with the professionalism shown throughout.

Called out as emergency due to leak through our ceiling. A plumber arrived within the time agreed and quickly found the problem which was a corroded hearting pipe. Repaired and heating back on within 1 hour. Excellent Service and Reasonably priced.
