Holm Mills Shopping Village
A hidden gem and lots of free parking. Both budget & high quality clothing for a family. The tourist based coach visits seemed to have ceased. A slow decline is evident and the entire former textile mill is ageing & leaking when wet. The site is in desperate need of re-furbishing and the cafe needs a re-vamp with air filters. The character & history must be retained.

What a lovely place. Great shopping and the history of the woolen millat the entrance to the shop. There's a restaurant downstairs too, serving local food. Location is amazing, situated right next to the river Ness.
