I don’t normally post reviews.Went in to ask what they recommended for my sons teething and was told it I was concerned to go to a doctor because she couldn’t give me anything.I said thank you for your help and walked out. She followed me out the shop shouting for no reason. Which was embarrassing… it was like I’d stolen something :SI went to another chemist and got some advice and some new teething gel.The end.

I hate picking glasses out however Amy, one of the consultants was super helpful and had a great deal of patience for me - being over whelmed by choice and almost getting a pair that were not at all suitable, Amy took the time to go through pretty much half of the pairs the store had. Thank you very much. I look forward to my new pair in a few weeks.

Really helpful staff , always friendly on the counter . I have just had an awful experience at one in London . Maybe they need to learn from stores like this .

Went a few weeks ago to pick up my prescription after giving my name and address to the assistant, he couldn't find it told me to go back to my doctors and enquire about the prescription, l told him that Boot's had sent me two messages to say it was ready to pick-up, another assistant came over and found it on the computer, I also asked about a cream I purchase from them only to be told it was out of stock even when l said that l could see the tube, he replied that they didn't have any, l did go back to my doctors only to change my chemist. no customer service at all.

Where do I start, I was in the Carlisle store today and the Lovely lady Lisa from NO.7…JUST WOWW. So kind and caring and nothing was a problem, she talked me through everything I needed to ask and she went above and beyond. Lisa thank you so much for your help. I walked out that shop with the biggest grin on my face and I’m still smiling hours later. Keep being you lisa! You’re a credit to that store.

Went in today to get a prescription for my granda as his usual chemist didn’t have any in stock both the lady that served me at the desk and the pharmacist were very helpful and I was in and out with the medication in under 10 minutes

Went in twice for vaccination and have been kept waiting (30 minutes and 50 minutes) both times.
