Alway a great experience! Staff are friendly and welcoming. There is always a good vibe in the salon. Staff v experienced and give good advice about what will work best for your hair. Always come out feeling like I have given myself a treat .

These girls here are amazing I have used them for years now had all kinds done here. They are always professional and give great advice. They have done my eyebrows tattooed amazing and they have really really lasted for me. They have done my hair many times and I always love it regardless of who does it for me. I would recommend these guys 100% they never ever let you down!!!

Bought a Groupon deal for a full head of highlights and paid extra at the salon as my hair is past shoulder length.I wouldn't have minded paying extra if I'd actually got a decent job done but my highlights were very patchy and I must have only got 3 or 4 rows at the back. It was more like half a head not a full head.Hairdresser raced through my hair, which wasn't a good thing as her work was very slapdash!I had to go elsewhere to have it rectified, not happy!!

I had a very good consultation, re-style ,colour, treatment and service. So much so that I treated a couple of my dear friends to a well earned Christmas present who were also very happy. I suspect the last person who wrote a review had not taken off her own coat, as is usual.I would give 4 stars out of 5 as it was rather cold in the salon. I will be going back when the weather is warmer, and after all, in today's economic climate, businesses are striving to keep going. The Salon was very clean and well kitted out, unlike some (by no means all) in the area where you felt like you were sitting in someones back room.

I visited Unique Hair Lounge for the first time for a dry cut. The staff where very accommodating, fitting me in at short notice.My second visit was with an on line voucher. I have personally found, a lot of salons who offer these discounted vouchers treat you like a second class citizen and do aHalf hearted Job. Not Unique!!! I was was treated really well, I felt welcome and was treated brilliantly. I felt like an old client not a new one. I was really happy in the way they cut my hair and my colour (advised by them) was beautiful. I know I will make this my regular Hairdressers. Thank you ladies for a great experience. In fact already booked in for my next appointment..

Not at all happy with my brazillian treatment as soon my secong wash after 5 days my hairs are rough and more curly. It was a groupon voucher and i paid extra , which i dont mind if i would have got proper brazillian keratin treatment. Very very disappointed!!
