Boots

The poor pharmacy team deserve medals as doesn’t matter how busy they are always kind and smile and helpful. I know this last couple weeks I’ve been in a lot and staff have been superb. Pharmacists are top notch. But the counter next to pharmacy needs redesigned to stop customers who are not buying behind counter medicine as this utilises their time and it’s also annoying for customers. Jacqueline is a star and long term member staff and the blond quiet girl deserve pay rises. Alison is an excellent pharmacist who goes out of her way to be kind and helpful.

I love shopping in Boots. Everyone is so friendly and professional. It’s a busy shop, but shoppers get served quickly enough. Boots always have good offers on, saving you money. The shop at Eastgate Shopping Centre in Inverness, also has a shop downstairs offering men’s goods and things for baby’s.

Really disappointed with the level of customer service from pharmacy team, especially a lady I spoke with over the phone regarding my prescription. Continued to talk over me and question unnecessarily. I explained my situation and why I was looking for help and information from them on delivery option and confirming that my prescription was ready - however the lady was very rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. She initially advised my prescription was not there (which is fine, but I’d received a notification to say it was), however when I questioned this she came back with that it actually was there and gave me a speal about how I shouldn’t expect it to be ready within this time frame and to be patient, however their app told me it was ready? why not look and be honest? I 100% understand they are very busy with conflicting priorities and have large volumes of work but I felt her manor was totally unnecessary. Really upsetting as this is a pharmacy I’ve used before and is extremely handy for me. However, last twice I’ve engaged with them I have been very dissatisfied.This is not a reflection of other staff members in store as they have always been very helpful. Just a shame this women working at pharmacy counter has let them down.

I try to come here less often. There is no staff willing to help. Prices for cosmetics can not wait. To find out the price of the product, you need to wait until the client is done with makeup. Why not provide the customer with a price tag? Why waste the client's time? Service is a different story. The staff themselves do not understand their assortment and very often they are not at the workplace at all. You go and look for them. The prices are too high. I bought my skincare just because I needed it today.

Good old Boots ! Unfortunately it's obvious, due to the economic climate, and other factors it's not as it used to be. Looks a bit drab, and the stock has been reduced. Boots has been around all my life. I just hope the management take decisive steps to ensure it's survival.

Great chemist, there were no boots though

The incompetence of this Boots to ever have my prescriptions never ceases to astound me. Every single time I have used them, because of lack of other chemists near me, they have told me they don’t have my prescription. Every single time, they claim they don’t have it, even after my GP has assured me it’s been there and was sent days ago or was emailed. We’ll be looking for a new chemist going forward.

The pharmacy staff here were very lovely and helpful! They really gave me a hand when I lost my medication and needed a replacement while on holiday there from England. They spent a decent amount of time trying to sort things out for me and gave me some great advice on how to obtain a new prescription. Really appreciated it!
