Everything was cold took it back and was still the same when I got it no one in there burger what a joke burnt chips rock hard not happy and no one answering the phone when itryed to ring I know it was 2.45 am but I didn't think it would have been cold and not made fresh not happy I will try and again later today and the inside was a disaster food paper and crayons on floor and where the food was being made what a mess I hope at some point today when I ring bk someone will answer and do something about this not happy

Every time I go here there’s a 95% chance the order is not all Together and have to chance if the food is cooked properly even if there’s nothing difficult to cook ….

A wonderful smart Mcdonald outlet,with wonderful staff ready to assist with a big smile.We enjoyed our meal in a good ambience and nice cool weather.

Seating area was very dirty with fried and rubbish on the floor.Male toilets were disgusting with a blocked toilet, and toilet paper stuck to the walls, they hadn't been checked or cleaned in hours.Food was OK apart from a mini mcflurry which was only 1/3rd full until we complained.Service was slow, I can remember when McDonald's was fast food but now it takes 10 mins to get your food.

Ordered Mcdelivery, missing a Double Qaurter Pounder with Cheese Burger. Contacted Uber Eats, McDonalds have only refunded me £2.87 of a £9.09 order. So a large fries & Milkshake which is all I have had to eat from the order of £40 cost £6.20! Contacted Uber Eats & they can do nothing & to contact Butt Lane Resturant, now in double figures of phone call attempts.

States it’s “Open 24hrs”. Closed at 01:21. Been here loads of times before and has been walk-in during the night. Can’t go in drive thru as I’m in a truck.Had to give a star rating but have no opinion as I didn’t get to experience it, so picked one at random.

Never any salt on the fries, can't get a simple order right. Can't even correctly prepare a simple big mac. Drive through no service, absent staff, send you to next window to forget about you. Terrible manners. No thank you for waiting even if its been 10 minutes.

Spent £37 at the drive through, when collecting the food I asked for two sachets of ketchup and was told to drive back around the busy system to pay for some. Since when was ketchup and additional charge? Won't be returning.

Half of my order came, and the half that did come was all wrong I requested it to have no egg on it as I am allergic and the breakfast roll came with egg, not only this but none of my sauces came and to top it all off the bun of my breakfast roll came with mould on it.

this is the worst and most expensive mcdonald's in leeds, charge you for sauces which you don't even receive make you wait for over 15 mins for cold mouldy food and never fill up a large coke they just give you a large cup and fill it with the medium button shucking actively avoid it
