Besides successfully repairing my wife's MacBook, Jay offered very useful advice on future storage of photographs.All in all ,very professional and courteous service. AE were suggested by a friend and we have no hesitation in. echoing their recommendation.

I cannot speak too highly of the service I received. Having taken my Mac Pro to another outlet where I had waited 3 months for them to finally say the laptop could not be repaired, I telephoned Apple Expert and Mohamed very kingly collected the laptop, and phoned me the following day with a diagnosis. The laptop was up and running within 24 hours and he delivered it back to me. Excellent customer service and highly recommended. Thank you.

I have been to Apple Expert a number of times over the years, for a new hard drive for my Mac and more recently for screen replacements for iPhone and iPad. Always super friendly and quick service. So useful having someone local who can do such a good job!

Have used them a few times and have always had good service. Jay fixed my broken iphone screen and sorted my son's phone out when it wasn't working (a nightmare for any 13 year old!). Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant service from Mohammad this afternoon.The IN part of my emails on my iPhone had suddenly disappeared . I usually go to the leamington Apple Store but saw that this shop was local to me , living in Rugby. I ‘phoned up first to explain the problem and he advised me to pop in so that he could have a look .He solved the problem immediately and explained what he thoughtI’d done. Mohammad is very knowledgeable and very polite . Would thoroughly recommend .Thank you !

Really rate these guys and gals although I didn’t realise the prices quoted are for none genuine apple parts. My sons I phone 11 pro was almost new and if I had known it would be repaired with parts that would mean Face ID etc wouldn’t work I’d have taken the more expensive route. However they are honest and try to resolve issues and i will always use them for when I need something looked at when goods are well out of warranty and support.
