Keep messing my prescriptions up, receptions are not very sympathetic only 2 nice ones, hard to see the same doctor regularly which is annoying when one doctor is really good, long wait for appointments. But there's one really good and helpful doctor and two really nice receptions

Very unhelpful.I Have a big lump in my neck was referred to my doctors from minor injury’s at the RVI because they didn’t know what it was and to go to my GP to have it checked. Currently in the process of moving house so I was told by fenham doctors I can’t use fenham now because I’m moving to blaydon and will need to register ther first then try and get an appointment.What should I do because this lump is getting bigger by the day!

Newly registered patient but reception has been very helpful in guiding me through the process. Wait time to see a doctor does seem long but without a better understanding of the reason or reasons for this it’s difficult to comment.
