I reviewed this business a few weeks ago with 5star but unfortunately after that a had a very bad experience.The costumers service is terrible, you book the taxi the day before to 7oclockThe taxi arrive 1 hr late with no explanation.When you call the to track your taxi they close the phone on your face.Honestly Don't use the..super expensive no professional

Do not use this service!!! The taxi was late arriving at the station on a freezing cold night. The driver took the wrong route and admitted doing so then charged £10.00 for what should have been a 1.2 mile journey. When asked how much it would have been from the station to the destination he said he had adjusted the fare and it would have been £10.00. Totally dishonest. I should have known my route before getting in the taxi…lesson learned.

Have used this company several times and always have good service. They are not too expensive and always have availability for dates and times, even for short notice. They keep you informed of where they are. I used it recently and made a silly mistake with the date they were very understanding and cooperative. Many thanks

DO NOT USE. CAR DID NOT SHOW UP AND THEY DO NOT ARRANGE FOR A REFUND. YOU PHONE AND SOME RANDOM PERSON WHO CLEARLY KNOWS NOTHING ANSWERS SAYING CALL BACK IN THE EVENING WHEN THE MANAGER IS THERE!! ASKED ME TO EMAIL AND CHASED MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO ANSWER. GOING THROUGH MY BANK NOW AS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The driver waited for me as the train was slower than usual.As it was very slippery I slid on the road surface. The driver very kindly helped me to my feet then waited until I had safely across the road to my house before driving away.Thank you
