Vonka Stairs

I had a fantastic experience with Vonka stairs. Arek did an excellent job of designing a curved glass staircase to best suit our space and we're delighted with the installation and finished product. Would highly recommend!

Rarely you come across a business that does it so well from start to end but Vonka achieved this and more. There professionalism and care throughout the process was amazing and I felt relaxed and in good hands. The stairs look amazing. We absolutely love the product and feel very lucky to have it. The installation team (all included in the price) were exceptional. They arrived in the morning and we had stairs that evening. Very well done to the Vonka team. I would highly recommend.

Thank you to the team at Vonka. We took down the entire house, keeping only the front facade - all to accommodate a new staircase in the centre of our home. The end result is wonderful- we have the most beautiful staircase. Not a simple project, with challenges for the architect, for the builder and for Vonka. But we got there in the end. We are a main contractor building high end housing for clients in North London. We have used Vonka in a few of our projects, The experience I had in one of our Northwood project was excellent, especially from the design stage until the fitting. The design carried out by Arek was very descriptive and accurate and the product once fitted looked amazing. These stairs were constructed with thick solid oak and have put them together with metal fasteners. They looked to be extremely sturdy.Extremely happy with the product and hoping to use Vonka again in the future projects too.

I first approached Vonka Stairs in December 2022. Arek was kind enough to visit the site and discuss our ideas and best way to implement them.Arek took the plans & measurements and constructed 3D drawings clearly showing what the end product would look like. We proceeded with the order in February and had it installed May 2023.Arek our designer and account manager was very communicative and responsive throughout the project. Senior managers Pawel and Bartek were also involved in the project to make sure it was delivered on time and to a high standard. Overall Arek, Pawel, Bartek and their installation team have been great to work with, I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We looked at a number of providers and used Vonk, given how professional Bartek was. He kept refining designs, coming to site and measuring and providing suggestions. The stair was then custom built and installed in July. Pawel and Bartek (and the installation team) were incredibly accommodating and while it took 11 weeks from the time the order was placed to completion, the final product is amazing.
