I worked with Leo on the design of my Playhood nursery and workspace. In short, she was amazing. She was energetic and passionate and was able to bring very practical experience gained at Winkley Studios, Playpen and as a mum. Leo is someone who likes to work on projects and ideas which are pushing the envelope so was a perfect fit for Playhood. She bought fun, intelligence and a sympathetic design approach so if you're looking for someone to help with a unique space for families to enjoy, I can't recommend Leo enough and would be happy to discuss further.

We've worked with Leo on a number of projects from concept designs to full fit-out. Each and every time has been a fantastic experience. She has followed up on anything and everything that needed addressing, from large things like finding the exact matching tiles from the original producer to little things as finding the exactly fitting door knob for the desk (and replacing it after the initial choice didn’t work out).Leo was keen to ensure sustainability and social accountability into the project, including up-cycling and classic pieces, bespoke local joinery and upholstery work as well as making sure existing furniture was given another lease of live by gifting to charities with social impact.

I worked and continue working with Leo on improving my house and am very happy with services she provides. She is very flexible, immediately understood what is important for me and is creative in mixing quality pieces with budget alternatives as it was required in my case. She really helped me to transform my house and the way I feel about it. She is kind, decisive, gives very clear recommendations and tailors her approach to each client. Leo worked wonders on the interior design of the office at Dot Dot Dot as well as a living room area for a large co-living building.It was great to be able to trust her on everything from the vision, through to the purchase and installation of items. Despite limited budget and space, Leo delivered changes to the look, feel, layout, furnishings and decoration which transformed the spaces for the better.Dot Dot Dot ended up with an office which was a more pleasing environment to work in and host meetings. And the large co-living building had a comfortable, friendly and stylish living room for all residents to enjoy.

We hired Leo to design our guest bedroom, office and main bathroom.She was great to work with, provided great contractors, always punctual and provided great design choices for us to choose from for all 3 rooms.Months laters: We are very pleased and happy with the outcome!

I chose Kinder Design to lead the renovation of my one-bedroomed apartment, completed in 2022. Leo introduced me to a talented young architect, Joe Morizzo, and they worked together as a team. I was very satisfied with the way they listened to my hopes and dreams for the final result and together we achieved pretty much what I was asking for. We had an unfortunate experience with the contracted building company (Redring Property Services in SE5) and, in hindsight, I would have appreciated more support in carrying out a robust vetting of the building company during the tender process, rather than us being taken in by initial favourable appearances. That said, and notwithstanding remedial work still outstanding (to be addressed by a different builder), I would recommend Kinder Design as a professional and reasonably priced interior design company for a modest renovation such as mine. My space has been utilised very effectively, I have way more storage than I used to, the way I use my space now has a much nicer flow to it, my home is infinitely more attractive and feels serene. It is a pleasure to return home each day.
