Shark Motorcycles

Had a puncture that was repaired by the RAC but as I had a long ride home the following day I rang Shark to see if they could help with a new tyre. They ordered one to be delivered the following day. I dropped my bike off, had a coffee in Hereford town centre and soon had a call that the tyre was being fitted. I returned for a short chat with the friendly staff and was soon on my way home. Excellent service and went out of their way to fix my bike at short notice. I highly recommend.

On a recent road trip to Wales picked up a puncture that I couldnt mend with my kit. Taken to Shark Motorcycles. Paul and his team were excellent, great attitude, fixed things for me to ride the 235 miles back home at a very fair cost. Wish they were 230 miles closer.The breakdown recivery insurer (Marker Study/Call Assist ) on the other had were worse than pitiful. Reported the puncture Saturday morning and had to wait until Monday afternoon for them to get a lorry to me. Will never insure with them again. They are recommended by Cornmarket (the IAM recommended broker). If it hadn't been for the truck driver they would've sent me to Hereford Light Commercials!

Honest and brilliant service, these guy where recommend too me as I am fussy with work done on my harley, booked in for mot and change both tyres but on there inspection advice that only front needed changing (most garage would have changed both and taken your money). Looked after the bike with care. Great honest business, will be using them again for next harley service. Thank you

On a guided ride around Wales I was unfortunate enough to breakdown with a puncture. After the most horrific call with directine breakdown my buddy googled Shark motorcycles. The best service ever. We managed to do a temporary tyre repair and get to the shop, after they were officially closed. Soaked to the skin we were told to leave bike at the workshop. On entering the reception area we were given hot drinks and some bloody good company. A no fuss proper repair was completed and we were ready to go. They stayed open until 1900 hours on a Friday night to help us and wouldn't take anymore than the normal cost of repair. Even the hot drinks were complimentary. What a fantastic place. Highly highly recommended. Thank you so much. We continued to get wetter for the weekend and had a great time.
