Simply the only motor factors in Brighton worth visiting, have helped me out so many times! They force nothing on you and recommend what needs to be recommended, thanks for helping me keep my cars and vans on the road all these years! Cant say I have enjoyed my experience with them. Last call to Andrew was I need new turbo and dpf for a customer vehicle. He never rang me back. Then when he did call chasing a £5 debt he’d tried to be surly over it. I’d said to him had you called me back for the parts I would have come in and paid the grand for them plus your £5. His answer to me for not calling was, “Well I am allowed to forget you know.” This shows how bad their system is.So ten mins passed and I tried to call them to pay the £5 on card. No one answered. I have asked for prices on stuff before and having an account you would think that they would call me. Another local garage the owner told me a horrendous story with these guys too.Im paying and closing my account. I dont want anything from them again.

Great place to get parts for your vehicle the staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. If they don't have the part they can usually get it next day. Well worth trying these guys first.

Excellent place to buy your spares.We where down in Brighton from Derbys and had car issues. Found this place and staff so helpful and friendly and even borrowed they're tools to help repair. Pity they're so far away.

Purchased a Varta battery for my Skoda taxi £140 , 6 months later and after 4 breakdown call outs due to being stranded after battery failures , I decided to take the battery back , I was then patronised by a shop assistant siting that the battery hadn’t been programmed into the car causing the failure , and that I should turn off the stop start system , my father is an auto electrician with nearly 50 years experience , who advised me take it directly to An official Varta retailer , namely sybs, who after listening to my story gave me a new battery after testing the old one , I am a taxi driver as stated , my breakdown agent eventually refused to recover me without cost , I am appalled at the way I was treated , I will not use this company again .

Fabulous place. Brilliant staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. So glad I've discovered EBC, will definitely not be going anywhere else for parts in future. Parking right outside their door. They usually source non-stocked parts the same day and their Automotive technical knowledge is second to none. The icing on the cake is that their prices seem to be by far the best around. Hugely recommended!

I personally founded these not very helpful and overpriced. How they 5 stars is beyond me.
